|Our client in the Woburn, MA area is currently looking for a full time Payroll Assistant/Human Resource Assist. for a Temp to Perm position.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Handle payroll on a weekly basis.
· Receive and process timesheets/payroll.
· Print payroll reports and send checks and paystubs via mail.
· Handle billing on a weekly basis.
· Process invoices and send them out via mail. Will also include special billing through excel reports to clients on weekly and monthly basis.
· Purchase office supplies when needed.
· Track new hires and report to MA Department of Revenue.
· Filing and other clerical task as needed.
· Handle posting and general editing of company website and other social networks.
· Handle outbound collection calls and problem resolution with invoices.
· Cash posting.
· Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
· Ability to multitask
· Strong communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· College degree strongly preferred
