|Our client in Boston, MA is seeking a Patient Service Rep (PSR) for a busy Ambulatory Call Center.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact with patients and will be responsible for answering inbound calls, emails and on-line appointments for various practices. The PSR will handle all patient inquiries, including but not limited to, scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments, conducting follow up calls with patients, resolving patient questions/concerns regarding medication refills, insurance verification and other activities to satisfy patient requests.
Must have minimum of a high school diploma, strong medical terminology, excellent customer service and attention to detail.
This is a long term temporary assignment with potential for temp to perm. Must be flexible on schedule as the hours may require to work 10:30am-7pm shifts.
