Our client in Quincy, MA is seeking a Patient Service Rep (PSR) for their busy Call Center.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact with patients and will be responsible for answering inbound calls, emails and on-line appointments for various practices. The PSR will handle all patient inquiries, including but not limited to, scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments, conducting follow up calls with patients, resolving patient questions/concerns regarding medication refills, insurance verification and other activities to satisfy patient requests.
Must have minimum of a high school diploma. Previous Call Center experience is a MUST! Strong computer skills and be able to manage multiple systems while speaking with a caller; Must be able to write clear and concise comments into the applications used in the call center.
This is a long term temporary assignment and the hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
