Our client in Quincy, MA is seeking a Customer Service Rep for their busy medical center. This is a temp to perm opportunity!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center setting, medical terminology experience and excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
Duties include but are not limited to scheduling appointments, taking messages for doctors, triage patient calls and make follow up calls. Epic experience is a big plus.
This is a 37.5 hour/week position. Monday through Thursday 8:30-5 with a 1 hour lunch.
