Client in Norwell, Ma is looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for their busy office

Responsibilities include:

·        Open all mail for the Finance Department

·        Code and send invoices for payment

·        Track all incoming invoices

·        Answer all calls from vendors and resolved any issues

·        Work with Managers to resolve any AP issues

·        Set up vendor PO#s

·        Set up reoccurring payments

·        Downloaded all online invoices

·        Filing

·        Month AP accrual

·        Request/order supplies

·        Track and log payments for billing services

·        Detail oriented

·        Excel required – basic formulas and sorting data

·        Typing and formatting letters required

·        Be able to ask questions and file documents
